Making their online energy saving tool and other products easier to access and use
Originally, the brief was simply to refresh the website. CMDi helped reframe the task more valuably around making the benefits of their products and services easier to buy.
To achieve this, CMDi carried out a brand review with management, staff and customers, facilitated a positioning workshop, then delivered a strategy that ensured buy-in from management. The strategy was then applied to a practical refresh and modernisation of the brand including the creation of a strikingly different identity, with clear product application explanations.
