Launching a FinTech innovation, filling the order book and winning awards.

The brief was to create a brand for patent-pending software from CNS and launch it into the payments industry.

To achieve this CMDi created a unique brand, Cardivation, from scratch and developed all launch marketing. This consisted of a trademark, infographic, website, video, presentation, brochure, case study, exhibition material, press releases and award entries. The key message was defined as ‘Link any payment card to any loyalty scheme without loyalty cards and reward all cardholders, not just loyalty customers.’

Cardivation was initially launched to a number of world class merchants and European banks, to provide e-receipts, business insights and alternative means of controlling bank cards after applying for European and US patents. It won both the 2016 Merchant Payments Ecosystem Award for Data Information and the 2016 Engagement & Loyalty Awards for Best Innovation in its first year of operation.
